SatAssured in the Community

SatAssured is currently supporting Cancer Research UK the world’s leading charity dedicated to cancer research through getting involved in the charity’s campaign Donation Station.

Donation Station is a collection point where employees can bring along any unwanted clothing, accessories, CDs DVDs and homewares which can then be sold in nearby Cancer Research UK shops. We really like this way of supporting a great cause and are encouraging our neighbours’ family and friends to get involved by using our Donation Station too!

“We found that the Donation Station has been a great hit with the team at SatAssured because it is so hard when you work full time to make a trip into town to leave your things at a charity shop. You also have the parking issues when you need to park close to empty your boot of boxes and bags” said Lauren Boone, Director. I think people have put more effort into thinking about what they are giving away and are donating more items than they would have before because having a station at the office makes it so easy!
